5-55 type ventilator is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product developed by our company, which is used in the ventilation and exhaust system of smelting, chemical, pharmaceutical and dust removal production lines. In the coal-fired boiler system, ventilation and induced draft systems for various types of boilers with an evaporation capacity of 20 tons/hour to 800 tons/hour can be configured.
Application scenarios
It is used for building ventilation, ventilation and drying of materials, air purification and industrial waste gas treatment, industrial dust collectors, air purification and discharge of harmful working environments (paper production lines, electrolytic aluminum production lines, textile factories...). Blast of boilers and brick kilns, conveying of various gases, conveying of granules/powders/crumbs/fibrous materials, etc.

●The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters, so that the fan runs at the highest efficiency point
and reduces energy waste.
●Provide motor sliding guides, which can easily tension the belt and reduce the energy loss caused by belt slack.
●The bearing box has reserved installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, which can easily install the fan
operation monitoring device.
●Using liquid lubricating oil, it is not necessary to open the bearing housing for changing and filling lubricating oil. The
bearing box is provided with an observation window, which can easily observe the quality and quantity of the lubricating oil.
●The bearing box uses a labyrinth mechanical seal, with a unique oil-leakage-proof design inside, a vent hole at the top, and
sealing grease on the joints, which eliminates the possibility of oil leakage in the bearing box.
●The impeller is annealed to eliminate the internal stress of the structure during welding, and to ensure that the impeller will
not have creepage and cracks.
●The impeller is corrected by high standard dynamic balance to ensure the stable operation of the fan.
●After the production is completed, the operation is tested and the vibration value is detected, and the operation is reliable.
