　　6-2X29 high-pressure heavy-duty centrifugal fan has excellent performance and can output high pressure. It can be used to transport non-flammable gas and particle/powder/crumb/fiber materials at room temperature or high temperature. It is commonly used in large-scale dust removal systems and desulfurization of industrial waste gas. In large industrial systems such as denitration, large industrial boiler systems, large industrial rotary kiln/calcining kiln systems, mineral powder sintering (sintering machine).

Features

　　1. It can output high outlet pressure, and can work under high medium temperature, suitable for any industrial occasions that need to transport high pressure & high temperature gas.
　　2. Customized design according to customer performance requirements, and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.
　　3. For the material of the impeller and the main shaft, we will choose to use high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature-resistant alloy steel, and high-temperature-resistant high-strength alloy steel according to different medium temperatures and working speeds, so that the impeller and main shaft can withstand high temperatures. Reliable strength is still maintained.
　　4. For dusty gas, we can meet various working conditions from low dust content to extremely large dust content. After special treatment, the surface hardness of the blade can reach HRC60~70, which can prolong the life of the impeller by more than 3 times.
　　5. The appropriate joint surfaces of each component are closely matched, and the sealing performance is good to ensure that the output pressure will not decrease.
　　6. The impeller is annealed, which completely eliminates the structural internal stress generated during welding, and ensures that the impeller will not have creepage and cracks.
　　7. The welding seam and main shaft of the impeller are ultrasonically inspected to ensure that there are no welding defects and material defects, and the strength is guaranteed.
　　8. The impeller is corrected by high standard dynamic balance to ensure the stable operation of the fan.
