working conditions

　　The blower conveys air, and the induced draft fan conveys flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m3, it can be used for more than four years. It can also be used if the impurities are large, but the service life will be shortened. The operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250°C.

Application scenarios

      It is suitable for the delivery and introduction system of 2-670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and also meets the requirements of high pressure head performance parameters of fluidized bed furnaces. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation and general ventilation systems.

Features

　　●Impeller: 12 slanting blades are welded to the center of the arc conical front disc and the flat rear disc. Due to the use of airfoil blades, the fan has high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly. The impellers of the ventilation and induced draft fans of the same machine number have the same structure.
　　●Case: The case is a worm-shaped body welded with ordinary steel plates. The casing of the single-suction fan is made into three different forms: №8~12 casings are made into an integral structure and cannot be disassembled. The №14~16 case is made into two open type. The №18～29.5 case is made into three-open type. The induced draft fan and the volute plate are properly thickened to prevent wear.
　　●Air inlet: The convergent and streamlined air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed on the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
　　●Regulating door: a device used to adjust the flow of the fan, which is axially installed in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed).
　　● Transmission part: The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and the fans all use rolling bearings. There are two types of bearing housings: No.8～16 use integral cylindrical bearing housing; No.18～29.5 use two independent pillow type bearing housings. The bearing housing is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator (only the induced draft fan). The lubricating oil adopts No. 30 mechanical oil, and the oil quantity is implemented according to the oil level mark. How to use dry oil for the No. 8-16 integral cylindrical bearing box, an oil baffle should be added on the side of the ball in the bearing box, and its fixing groove is mutually agreed. Made. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device, so a water pipe must be installed. The water consumption varies with the temperature, and is generally considered as 0.5 ~ 1m3/h.
