8-09 type high pressure and small flow fan is specially designed for applications that require high pressure. Under the premise of ensuring a certain air volume, the full pressure can reach the high pressure requirement. It is mainly used for forging furnace blast and other forced air supply, and can also be used for exhaust or supply air in tunnels through hard pipes. Fans are divided into ordinary type, explosion-proof type, anti-corrosion type and high temperature resistant type.
1. It can output high outlet pressure, and can work under high medium temperature, suitable for any industrial occasions that need to transport high pressure & high temperature gas.
2. In the case of using the overall bracket, the installation is very simple and basically does not require the support of technical personnel.
3. The bearing box has reserved installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, which can easily install the fan operation monitoring device.
4. When the airflow resistance increases, the motor load will be automatically reduced, and the motor will not be burned.
5. Customized design according to customer performance requirements, and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.
6. The components are closely matched with each other, and the sealing performance is good to ensure that the output pressure will not decrease.
7. The impeller has undergone high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
8. After the production is completed, the operation test and vibration value detection are carried out, and the operation is reliable.
