Common faults and solutions of high temperature centrifugal fans

　　Centrifugal fans are not unfamiliar to everyone. As the name suggests, high-temperature centrifugal fans are centrifugal fans that can be used in high-temperature environments. At this point, it can be said that its high-temperature resistance performance is very strong. As long as it is used correctly and can be maintained well, basically It will not be repaired again for a long time, if there is a failure, it needs to be repaired in time:
　　1. Common fan failures
　　1. Oil leakage
　　If the refueling screw hole and the sealing system are not tight, oil will leak, which will cause the oil in the chamber to be too small, causing the hydraulic coupling to be overloaded, fusible plugs, melting, and oil rejection.
　　2. Oil rejection of front and rear bearings
　　3. The bottom oil pressure protection action of the high temperature fan trips.
　　Mainly due to the low oil level in the fuel tank, the abnormal operation of the lubricating oil pump, the wrong position of the oil pump interlock switch, and the contact of the electric contact pressure gauge for protection being accidentally touched, etc.

　　Second, the fan failure analysis
　　1. Oil leakage solution
　　According to the requirements of the relationship curve between the power of the hydraulic coupling and the amount of oil filled, the amount of working oil charged into the chamber is strictly measured. Always check the joint surfaces and shaft ends for oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, the load should be reduced and the seals of the oil leakage parts should be replaced in time after the shutdown.
　　Control the damper baffle, open the hot air door of the high temperature fan, and use the cold air door to adjust the air volume. After running for 3000h, the working oil quality should be checked. If the oil quality is found to be bad, it should be replaced with new oil.
　　2. The solution to fan oil rejection
　　Close the oil inlet valve of the high temperature fan, control the oil inlet pressure, and maintain the bearing oil level.
　　3. Solution for fan tripping
　　Regularly check the operation of the thin oil station and replenish the oil in time. Check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter screen, and find that the pressure difference is too large or the oil pressure is too low, switch the filter screen to run, and adjust the appropriate lubricating oil pressure. Change the electric contact pressure gauge to a pressure relay to ensure the reliability of the bottom oil pressure action.
　　Regularly check the operation of the thin oil station and replenish the oil in time. Check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter screen, and find that the pressure difference is too large or the oil pressure is too low, switch the filter screen to run, and adjust the appropriate lubricating oil pressure. Change the electric contact pressure gauge to a pressure relay to ensure the reliability of the bottom oil pressure action.
