Grate Cooler Cooling Fan
The grate cooler cooling fan is used to cool the clinker of the grate cooler at the kiln head. It is generally set to 5-18 units according to the scale of the production line.
Raw Material Mill Circulating Fan
The circulating fan is used for the ventilation of the raw material mill system, and the blades of the raw material vertical mill circulating fan need to be wear-resistant.
Coal Mill Exhaust Fan
The coal mill exhaust fan is used for mill ventilation. The working temperature of the fan is 70-90℃, and the dust content is less than 150mg/Nm³.
Kiln Tail High Temperature Fan
The inlet temperature of the high temperature fan at the kiln tail is generally around 320 °C, which provides the power of gas flow for the kiln system and the preheater system.
